   Thanks for great extension. I love it.
   It will be better if in “no scroll bar” mode I can see the flash scrollbar when dragging the webpage to know where i’m viewing.

   After the long trip to NZ(NZ was so great!!!), I’m snowed under with pile of works..

   I’ve fixed several bugs reported, thank you for waiting chromeTouch v2.6 patiently!

   Load chromeTouch only onload event fire in frame page
   (it used to check page loading status at fixed intervals).
   Don’t load chromeTouch in some kind of Ads iframe.
   Upgrade middle & right click’s behavior. thanks chavlji!

   awesome extension!!!! can’t live without it now!

   1 suggestion though, would it be possible to do the drag while text is selected? (i use mouse right click to do drags). currently can’t do while text is selected, will give right click menu.

   and I always wonder what the “touch modes” are used for, can’t figure out. (all works the same).

   Also, why isn’t there a momentum to the scroll? Is that hard to implement? I’m coming from Firefox Grab ‘n’ Drag, which is why I’m expecting it, I suppose.

   One BIG suggesting, would you make it still possible to drag&scroll while some text is highlighted??
   ( i use right click to scroll, and when there is high lighted text it won’t work)

   have been using this tool for a while really love it.
   can’t live without it now, thanks for the great work

   Do I have to Reload browser?
   The icon hie to far right and i cannot retrieve it. Tried to sync it with my gmail account, but the area is greyed out. No option available? Neither I could Sing up for an account.
   Option is not available? So how can I open them from another computer then?

    Using Mac and not sure why but while I’m just using the no scroll bar option (the only reason i downloaded this) the extension vastly accelerates scrolling to the point i can’t even use it…. and using system scroll settings has zero effect on chrome’s scrolling speed now…. wtf. any ideas on how to fix this?

    Could be the version of Google Chrome I’m running (8.0.55.2.23) but I had to disable this. I could not select text while this is active but it’s not ready for Google Chrome 8.0.

    Feature request:
    clicking and pulling up or down: scroll (and keep doing)
    clicking and pulling left or right: highlight text (and keep highlighting)

    So it would depend on your first movement after the click and I wouldn’t need the CTRL-key anymore. Please consider.

    Hi I find a bug with chrome touch:

    when click a link, the first click won’t work, I need to click the link again, then the page will jump to the link.

    awesome plugin! However, like one of the earlier comments, it’ll be nice if there is more momentum for the slide so it travels farther.

    I also use windows 7. The scroll feature is a bit more comparable to a computer OS than the iPhone, but to each his own.

    In windows 7 you only scroll when you start going up or down. If your initial movement is left,right you can drag or highlight. This would work well here too.

    I was a little nervous about the “Developer Builds (Linux)”, as I was using a release version on Win 7, but it works just great. This eliminates the last disadvantage that Chrome had versus IE on my touchscreen computer.

    This is a nice extension. It would be really nice if it could scroll always for two finger dragging (rather than have to guess at the intent of a touch based on whether the cursor is over text/pictures/”empty” area of the screen). At the moment, two fingers don’t seem to do anything.

    i’m in full mode and on http://www.clubic.com, when i try to scroll, the text become highlighted instead. other web site work perfectly. Really nice tool! I love it!

    Can we please get faster scrolling and better interpolation? 1:1 movement at speed 3 (default) is smooth and precise, but the other settings seem to jerk between different speeds (especially the slower speeds).

    Also (and most importantly to me), 3 is only about *half* the speed I want, while the maximum is only about 10% faster. It barely makes a difference at all. I need 2:1 movement, or even better. On Firefox with Grab ‘n Drag I use roughly 2.2:1 movement.

    There also seem to be issues dragging in outer areas of some pages or past window edges. Sometimes the pages sort of “forgets” to keep sliding, either just for a moment or entirely.

    Clarification re: interpolation. The scrolling seems to be heavily affected by acceleration. Movement ought to be relating to actual pointer movement, but it clearly isn’t. Even worse, the relationship is inconsistent because it jerks between different speeds at non-obvious thresholds.

    Not yet. But maybe I have to..
    I’m using unreleased ver.2.10 myself but I have not enough time to release this..
    I’d like to update before too long and commit it to Githab or somewhere.

    I got this to work on OpenMoko phone running Debian unstable. Are you planning to add some way to zoom pages in the future or is that too hard to do without multitouch?
