    This is really smart!
If there was only some way to remove the vertical scrollbar (without zooming out like hell)…

  2. bswarm says:

This is by far the best ext yet.
Could you have it work automatically instead of having to press the button?

  3. SomethingStrangeGoingDown says:

    Thanks for feedback.

I do not exactly understand what means remove horisontal scrollbar. Is it means simply remove scrollbar and keep page layout? Or reformat page? If first – it depends on chrome extensions api (i have not still investigated it all) If second – it’s complex as hell.

  4. Jakob says:

I meant that the scroll feature would still be there (you could still scroll with your mouse and use the scroll extensions as you do now) but there would be no scroll bar on the side (and so there would be more space for the website).

  5. bswarm says:

You can change the scroll bar width from right click on desktop, property, appearance, advanced, item, scrollbar, change to desired width. This is a system wide setting. There is no way to remove the scrollbar completely.

Yep, it’s possible. I just need week or two to alloc some time to write update.

  7. Jakob says:

Thank you so very much bswarm! I have googled this for quite a long time but I have never found any answer!
    This is great!

  8. DimOK says:

I have a problem with your extension.
The button appears on new toolbar placed in the bottom of my screen. I think this is not a perfect place for the button, which should help people with small displays:)

  9. Petrovi4 says:

It is one of the most useful extensions i’ve ever used for chrome, thank you very much!
but In new build 4.0.249.22 there is no toolbar on the bottom of the chrome window =(
    Will you fix thorh trouble?

  10. bswarm says:

Can you add a keyboard shortcut since they removed the toolbar support?

  11. SomethingStrangeGoingDown says:

Added Shift+F11 shortcut. Now it hardcoded but i plan to make it customizable when i’ll implement options page.

And does anybody know about opera-like keyboard navigation (so called spatial navigation) for chrome?

  12. sulasno says:

what’s the latest version of this extension?
    0.9.1 or 0.9.2 ?
