Export Zillow property listings to CSV or Excel (XLSX), directly from your browser. I built Zillow Data Exporter to make collecting property data less time-consuming. Whether you’re researching an investment, helping a client, or comparing properties, you can export listings in a few clicks instead of copying the details manually. You can export: - Properties for sale - Properties for rent - Sold properties - Your saved and favorite properties GETTING STARTED Create a free Property Data Labs account at https://www.propertydatalabs.com, then connect it to the extension. No credit card is needed. You can use the Free plan, choose a paid subscription, or pay once for a Solo Lifetime license. FREE PLAN Try the extension with: - 50 exports per month - Up to 40 listings per export, for a maximum of 2,000 listings per month - CSV downloads - A limited selection of exportable fields The Free plan exports one page of results at a time. BASIC PLAN For larger exports and more control over your data, Basic includes: - 300 exports per month - Multi-page exports with up to 800 listings in a single click - Custom columns so you can choose which data to export - Time filters to avoid exporting listings you have already seen - Over 35 data points per listing and all image URLs - Individual rental units within apartment buildings PRO PLAN Pro includes everything in Basic, plus: - Unlimited extension exports with no monthly cap - Google Sheets integration - Saved export history - Custom templates to reuse your export settings - Access to Cloud tools, with 3,000 Cloud credits per month SOLO LIFETIME LICENSE Prefer a one-time purchase? Solo Lifetime includes the current personal Pro features, unlimited extension exports, every future update to this extension, and standard email support. Cloud credits are purchased separately. Team features, future products, and separately sold add-ons are not included. The license price increases in stages: - $199 for the first 50 licenses - $249 for the next 50 licenses - $299 after that Check the website for the current price and availability. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Solo Lifetime is available to users without an active paid subscription. Each license is for one person, is tied to one account email, and cannot be transferred. CLOUD TOOLS, AGENT API AND MCP Cloud tools run property data jobs on our servers. You can also access the service through Agent API and MCP. These features use Cloud credits. You can purchase additional credit packs as needed. Parquet format is available only for Cloud exports. If a paid subscription or Solo Lifetime isn’t a good fit, you have 7 days to get a refund after your purchase or subscription renewal. You can do this yourself in the web app, without emailing support or explaining your decision. For subscriptions, cancel first, then request your refund. For Solo Lifetime, request the refund directly since there’s nothing to cancel. PRIVACY POLICY We do not sell your data. CSV, Excel, and ZIP files are generated locally in your browser. The extension connects to PropertyDataLabs to verify your account and plan, apply usage limits, and record export activity. Optional export history sends export metadata, including the Zillow search URL. Google Sheets delivery sends the listing rows through PropertyDataLabs to your connected Google account. Cloud jobs use our servers and third-party providers to retrieve and process the information you request. We also use service providers for account storage, payments, email, hosting, and analytics. Connections to our service use HTTPS. Access to PropertyDataLabs and our legacy Zillow Data Exporter domains connects the extension to your account and settings. - Tabs: Find Zillow tabs and coordinate exports. Chrome calls this “Read your browsing history,” but the extension does not collect or store your browsing history. - Storage: Save your account connection, settings, export progress, and duplicate-filter history locally. - Downloads: Save the files you request. The extension does not inspect, open, or delete your existing downloads.
