What it was
Vrome brought Vim style keyboard navigation to Chrome: hjkl scrolling, f to follow links by letter hints, / to search, and a command line. The idea lives on in Vimium, which became the standard Vim keybinding extension for Chrome.
Succeeded by Vimium
The earlier extension is gone, but its role is filled today by Vimium, with 600K users and a 4.8 rating. See its statistics and history.
