The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Covet

Covet lets you add products to your Covet lists while you shop online. Open a product page, click Covet, review the product details, optionally choose a list, and covet it without leaving the retailer. Covet only reads the active product page after you click the extension. It does not continuously monitor browsing, and checkout, payment, account, cart, shipping, and order pages remain private. A Covet account is required.
