Zollklar — Swiss customs, clear

Zollklar tells you, before you check out, whether a foreign webshop settles Swiss import VAT and customs clearance itself, or whether the carrier will bill you on delivery. Open the popup on a webshop and it shows the verdict for that shop: • All-inclusive - the shop charges Swiss VAT at checkout and clears customs for you. • You pay at the door - expect Swiss import VAT plus a carrier handling fee on delivery. • It depends - the answer changes with the carrier, the order value, or the product. Every verdict comes with how sure the research is, the date it was checked, and a verbatim quote from the shop's own terms or a buyer's report, with its source - so it can be checked rather than trusted. Also: • Right-click a link or selected text to check a shop you have not opened yet. • Type any shop into the popup's search field. • Connect a free Zollklar account to save shops and be told when a verdict changes. • German, French and English, switchable in the popup. Privacy: nothing leaves your browser until you open the popup or choose to check a shop, and then only the shop's domain name - or the name you type or select - is sent. The extension reads no page content, keeps no browsing history, and contains no analytics or advertising code.
