ZenNotification delivers real-time browser notifications for the Zendesk activity that matters most - mentions, comments, updates on assigned/followed tickets, status changes, and new tickets entering your selected views. The ZenNotification Zendesk Marketplace app is a paid app (with a free trial) and must be installed for this extension to work. QUICK INSTALLATION (Takes ~1 minute): 1. Install this Chrome extension. 2. Install the ZenNotification app from the Zendesk Marketplace: https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/1177863/zennotification/ 3. Open the ZenNotification app in Zendesk (search for the "N" icon - top-right corner) and choose your notification preferences.
