About YTStudioFlow — YouTube SEO & Analytics

WHAT’S NEW IN VERSION 0.31 • Transcripts default to English, with a language dropdown for everything else the video carries • The channel ribbon no longer doubles when a reloaded build leaves its own behind WHAT’S NEW IN VERSION 0.30 • YouTube's own menus stay on top. Opening the notification bell, the account menu or any YouTube dialog on a Short used to leave it stranded behind the StudioFlow card. The card now sits below YouTube's overlays and steps aside entirely while one is open. • Minimize any card. Every card has a – button in its header and folds to a slim title bar right where it sits; click + to bring it back. It stays how you left it until you expand it again, and Esc folds the card you're pointing at. • Put the Shorts card where you want it. Drag it by the header — it stays put as you swipe through the feed and can never end up off-screen. Double-click the header to hand it back to automatic placement. • The tab strip no longer scrolls away, and the card reopens on the tab you used last. • The Shorts card no longer covers the comments. With YouTube's left guide open it now sizes itself to whatever space there is — down to a narrow layout that restacks its tiles and buttons — and uses the empty strip on the other side of the player when the gutter can't take it. • Views/day badges skip Shorts. A Short's lifetime views/day says nothing about how it's doing in the feed, so reel lockups and Shorts shelves no longer get the ⚡ badge. Open the Short for its own card instead. • Shorts scripts have a Shorts shape. The 30/45/60/90-second targets produce a one-line hook, 2–5 beats with on-screen text and a loop-close — not a compressed long-form outline with a CTA speech. WHAT’S NEW IN VERSION 0.29.1 Fixes for the new Shorts support: the Shorts card now sits beside the player — clear of the like/comment/share buttons — and steps aside when the comments drawer opens instead of covering it. In YouTube Studio, the Title-suggestions card no longer overlaps the Description box when editing a Short. WHAT’S NEW IN VERSION 0.29 YTStudioFlow shows what's actually measurable: views/day, performance vs the channel's own uploads (Shorts compared only with Shorts — never mixed), engagement, and how well any video fits YOUR channel. • Shorts lens — open any Short: pace, same-format standing, length vs the 30–45s sweet spot, and what actually decides the feed (completion, swipe-away, loops). • Scripts — extract any video's transcript, or generate your own version: full-length for videos, 30–90 seconds for Shorts. • Thumbnail history — every thumbnail version we've seen for a video, archived from first sight. • Channel insights — honest earnings bands, upload patterns, best posting time, title playbook. • Studio integration — SEO audit while you edit metadata, and comment replies grounded in your video's own captions. • One-click pipeline — send any video or Short into your StudioFlow board as a properly-formatted card. Free to pair with a StudioFlow account. Every number is measured from real YouTube data — when a fair score doesn't exist, we say so instead of making one up. WHAT’S NEW IN VERSION 0.28 Open any video in YouTube Studio → Comments and click Draft replies with StudioFlow: a suggested reply appears under every comment, grounded in that video's own captions, citing the timestamp that answers the question. Works on your entire back catalogue — a ten-year-old upload is as answerable as yesterday's. The AI reads the whole transcript first, so questions worded differently from your narration still get answered. If your video didn't cover something, it says so instead of inventing an answer in your name. On older tutorials, "this doesn't work anymore" is handled honestly — the product changed since recording, and the draft says that. Rewrite any reply in one click: Warm, Formal, Joyful, Shorter, Fuller. Post all: skim the drafts, then publish every approved reply in one go — with a Stop button, and nothing flagged for your attention is ever auto-sent. Identical questions are grouped, so 12 people asking the same thing gets one draft. Nothing is ever posted without you. No extra permissions requested. WHAT’S NEW IN VERSION 0.27 🎯 Real-time tag rankings For every tag on a video, see the position that video actually holds in YouTube search for that tag — measured live from your browser, free, and always current. On any watch page, open Tags → "Check rankings" and each tag gets a rank badge. It works on other creators' videos too, so you can see which tags are really carrying their search traffic. In YouTube Studio, the Ranked-tags card now measures your published video's real tags live instead of relying on a cached scan. 🔍 Quick topic research from anywhere Found an interesting topic while browsing? Select the text, right-click, and choose "Research on StudioFlow" — you'll land on a full verdict: search demand, competition, how well it fits your channel, and whether it's worth making. You can also type any topic straight into the new Topic research box in the side panel. 🐞 Fixes Suggestion cards no longer overlap the title and description fields in YouTube's redesigned livestream "Create stream" dialog. The floating research panel still works there. WHAT’S NEW IN VERSION 0.26 Better titles — suggestions now span proven high-CTR angles (first-person, comparison, outcome, honest curiosity) instead of the same generic template on every video. Cleaner tags — tags are now genuine search phrases only. No more filler words, sentence fragments, the whole title as a tag, or broken run-on entries. Sharper descriptions — natural, keyword-led copy with clean, single-concept hashtags (no more run-on hashtags). Tags card works in any language — the ranked-tags card and one-click add below the Tags field now find the box even when YouTube Studio is set to a non-English language.
