YTChat Pro

The YTChat Pro browser extension provides a set of tools for streamers and viewers to improve communication during YouTube live streams. It is integrated directly into the YouTube interface. The program works both in the YouTube live stream control panel and in standard chat windows. It modifies the user interface while preserving the site’s existing structure. Features 1. “YTChat Pro Settings”: - A dedicated settings button for the chat (the gear icon located next to the text input field) to enable/disable and configure various features. 2. "Language": - Easily switch between English and Ukrainian directly from the settings panel. 3. The main feature of the program is the ability to add animated emojis via the 7tv service, as well as Twitch emojis in addition to standard YouTube emojis. - In the “Settings” window, you can add custom emoji sets created by your favorite streamers (you’ll need to provide a link to the 7tv Set or the Set ID); - You can also hide Twitch emojis by toggling the corresponding switch in the “Settings” panel. 4. Color-coded usernames: - Automatically assigns a random color to each user to help them stand out in the chat. 5. “User Info”: - To view a user’s profile window, click on their name in the chat; - These windows display a chronological list of messages sent by that specific user (the history is recorded from the moment the page loads; if you accidentally refresh the page, the list is cleared and the most recent messages in the chat are displayed); - The ability to enter your own username; - Convenient navigation to the user’s channel. 6. The “Reply” tool adds a button to each message: - Full display of the message being replied to, automatically adding the user’s name at the beginning without deleting any text entered previously, and indicating in the messages that the user has replied to a specific message (currently, reply display is a private feature—only one user can see it on their own computer; in the future, we plan to add a service that will share this information between users so that everyone can see who replied to which message). 7. Quick copying of usernames: - Right-clicking on a username automatically adds it to the input field based on the cursor’s position within the field or automatically appends it to the end of the text. 8. “Moveable Emoji Panel”: - To enable this feature, click the “Settings” icon and turn on “Moveable Emoji Panel”; - This allows you to select emojis without closing the message thread and also gives you the option to freely move the window around. 9. "Translate Youtube": - Enable/Disable live translated message from Youtube. 10. "Highlight message": - Twitch-style highlights for First Time Chat, Moderators, and Mentions with custom border styles. 11. "Link Preview": - Hover previews with thumbnail toggle and simple or detailed info modes.
