YT Gatekeeper

YT Gatekeeper quietly tracks the time you spend on YouTube, displaying your daily total in a small overlay on every video page. When you try to dismiss the overlay too quickly, a second warning appears that cannot be closed until you read it and wait a few seconds, gently interrupting the habit loop. This built‑in pause helps you become aware of how much time you’re devoting to non‑productive scrolling, and encourages you to keep YouTube for work or intentional leisure. Install it if you want a simple, unobtrusive tool that enforces mindful viewing and keeps your day’s video usage under check without heavy-handed controls.
