YT Easy Translate

Watch YouTube videos in your own language. YT Easy Translate turns on YouTube's built-in auto-translate for captions, so subtitles appear in your language as soon as a video starts. What it does • Translates captions automatically into the language of your Chrome browser, or a language you choose. • Leaves captions off on videos that are already spoken in your language. • Adds a small TH/EN button to the player to switch between Thai and English in one click. • Lets you set caption size, text colour, background colour and background transparency. • Works when you move from video to video without reloading the page. Good to know • Uses YouTube's own auto-translate. Videos without any captions cannot be translated. • Translation quality and availability are provided by YouTube; YouTube may occasionally limit translated caption requests. • Shorts are not supported. Privacy YT Easy Translate does not collect, store or send any personal data. Your settings are saved in Chrome's own storage and never leave your browser except through Chrome sync if you have it turned on.
