YouTube Focus Mode

Here's the rewritten version without any dashes or bullet symbols: 🎯 Take back control of your YouTube. YouTube Focus Mode is the ultimate productivity extension for anyone who uses YouTube to learn, work, or create but keeps getting pulled into rabbit holes, autoplay spirals, and endless recommendations. Install once. Get focused instantly. ⚡ AUTO-SKIP ADS AND SPONSOR SEGMENTS Stop wasting time on ads and paid promotions. YouTube Focus Mode auto-clicks the Skip Ad button the moment it appears, and speeds through unskippable ads at 16x so they vanish in seconds. It also skips sponsor segments, channel intros, outros, self-promo plugs, and like/subscribe reminders, powered by SponsorBlock, the world's largest community-sourced skip database. A clean on-screen notification appears for every skip so you always know what was removed. The average YouTube user sees 40+ minutes of ads and sponsor content per week. YouTube Focus Mode gives that time back. 🧠 HIDE EVERYTHING DISTRACTING YouTube is designed to keep you watching. We help you watch intentionally. Hide Recommendations removes the sidebar and end-screen suggestions that pull you off track. Hide Homepage Feed replaces the infinite scroll homepage with a clean screen so you only watch what you came for. Hide Comments removes comment sections from all videos so you stay in the content, not the argument. Hide Shorts removes the Shorts shelf and navigation tab entirely. Hide Trending removes explore sections that have nothing to do with what you are learning. 🎛️ QUICK PRESETS Student mode hides everything and skips every ad and sponsor segment for pure deep focus. Deep Work hides the homepage and sidebar while auto-skipping ads and sponsors, ideal for research sessions. Casual mode lets you browse normally but silently skips all ads, sponsors, and intros in the background. Off mode disables everything and returns YouTube to normal instantly. 📊 FOCUS STATS See exactly how much time you have reclaimed. YouTube Focus Mode tracks your total focus time across all sessions, total segments and ads skipped, total time saved from skipped content, and a session counter so you can build a daily focus habit. 🔒 PRIVATE BY DESIGN Zero data collection. Nothing leaves your browser. No analytics, no tracking, no accounts required. All settings are stored locally on your device. The extension only communicates with sponsor.ajay.app to fetch community skip timestamps. Only the minimum permissions needed to work on YouTube are requested. 👥 BUILT FOR Students watching lectures and tutorials. Developers following coding courses. Professionals doing research. Anyone tired of being algorithmically hijacked. People who open YouTube to watch one video and end up losing two hours. 🙌 POWERED BY SPONSORBLOCK Sponsor segment data is provided by SponsorBlock, a free open source community project with millions of contributed timestamps. YouTube Focus Mode uses this database to skip content that creators were paid to include, giving you a cleaner and faster viewing experience. YouTube Focus Mode is free, lightweight, and starts working the moment you install it. No setup. No account. No nonsense. Install now and watch YouTube on your terms.
