The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About YouTube Feed Tuner

Gain more control over your YouTube feed and teach it what you don’t want to see. This extension adds two small buttons on video recommendations. Simply hover a video on your feed and tap “🚫 Not interested” or “⛔️ Don’t recommend channel” — it uses YouTube’s own menu actions, just without the extra clicks, so it’s easy to do regularly.
