About Youtube Blur & Shorts Block

Take back your YouTube focus. This extension helps you watch what you came for, not what the algorithm wants. Adds a little 'friction' back to watching videos. We blur all thumbnails and block Shorts completely, so you read the title and decide whether it is worth watching. Everything else works as before. How it works: • All video thumbnails get a medium blur - no more clickbait faces • YouTube Shorts disappear from your feed and redirect to regular player • Click the icon to toggle on/off (green = active, gray = off) That's it. No settings to configure. No data collection. Just a cleaner YouTube. Perfect for: • Students who need to focus • Anyone tired of the YouTube rabbit hole • People who miss the old YouTube One click, and the distractions fade away. Free forever. No ads. No tracking.
