The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About YouTube AllowList Guard
YouTube AllowList Guard flips the standard blocker model. Instead of blocking specific channels, it blocks everything by default — only the channels you explicitly approve are allowed to play.
✅ ALLOWLIST-ONLY MODEL
Add channels to your approved list. Every other channel on YouTube is automatically blocked — no exceptions.
⚙️ FLEXIBLE OPTIONS
- Allow home feed / search results / Shorts to be unfiltered
- Choose between Dim+Badge or Hide Completely for blocked cards
- Statistics dashboard showing total videos blocked
PERFECT FOR:
- Parents managing what their children watch on YouTube
- Schools and libraries controlling YouTube access
- Anyone who wants a curated, distraction-free YouTube experience
