The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About YokelLocal

Shopping on Australian retail sites has become cluttered with marketplace listings — products sold and shipped by third-party sellers, often from overseas, with longer delivery times and no in-store pickup. YokelLocal automatically hides these listings so you only see products sold and stocked directly by the retailer.
