Xtension

Xtension adds a simple and convenient "Download as PDF" action directly to the X (Twitter) menu. With a single click, save X articles, tweets and entire threads as clean, well-formatted PDF documents. Xtension automatically extracts the relevant content, preserves formatting, includes quoted posts and embeds available images, all while running locally in your browser. For threads, Xtension intelligently groups consecutive posts from the same author and stops before unrelated replies, creating a readable document instead of a cluttered export. Features: • Export X articles, tweets and threads to PDF directly from the X menu. • Preserve titles, headings, paragraphs, lists and quotes. • Automatically detect and reconstruct multi-post threads. • Include quoted tweets when available. • Embed images contained in the original content. • Generate PDFs entirely within your browser. • No external service required. • No account connection needed. Privacy first: Xtension does not collect personal data, does not transmit content to third-party servers and does not modify your X account. All PDF generation happens locally on your device.
