XStickies: Private Notes, Tags & Todos on X

Ever follow someone on 𝕏 (Twitter) after a podcast, an article, or a friend's retweet — and two weeks later you can't remember why you followed them? XStickies fixes that. XStickies lets you add private notes and tags to any 𝕏/Twitter profile. Hover over a profile(avator or username), and a small popup appears where you can jot down your thoughts, observations, or reminders about that person — what you found interesting about them, what you should remember about them, where you met him, or why you blocked or muted them. Next time they show up in your timeline, your note is right there. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Keep track of who's who — add notes to who you follow, so names never go blank again - Tag or remark on anyone — organize people with your own tags, like "AI researcher", "met at devcon", or "potential collab" - Remember why you blocked or muted someone — XStickies adds a notes section to blocked and muted profiles too, so when they resurface you know exactly why they weren't worth the follow - Track follow-ups with todos — building in public? Doing audience research or influencer outreach? Leave a todo on a profile to track next steps and your progress with each person - Manage everything in one place — search, filter, edit, and import/export all your notes from the management page - Deleted notes go to a recycle bin, restorable anytime - Use it in your language — the interface is available in English, 日本語, and 简体中文, switchable anytime without changing your browser settings - Save links that stay clickable — URLs in your notes are automatically recognized, so their portfolio, blog post, YouTube video url, podcast or that article that made you follow them is always one click away A DASHBOARD FOR EVERYONE YOU'VE NOTED The management page turns your notes into a lightweight personal CRM: - Every person you've noted, in one searchable table — search hits notes, tags, and even todo text - Filter by tag with one click, or pull up everyone with unfinished follow-ups - Check off todos right from the list, no need to revisit each profile - Deleted something by mistake? Notes go to a recycle bin, restorable anytime - One-click JSON export for backup — import it back anytime, on any device PRIVATE BY DESIGN - All notes and tags are private — only you can see them - Local-first: your notes live in Chrome's built-in storage — they never touch our servers unless you opt in to sync - Optional Google sign-in to sync your notes across devices - Light / Dark themes that follow 𝕏 Whether you're networking, running user research, building in public, or just tired of asking "wait, who is this again?" — XStickies gives your 𝕏 timeline a memory.
