The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Workser AI Agent Bridge
Workser AI Agent Bridge connects Google Chrome (or Chromium based browser) to Workser Desktop, the app where your AI agents do real work on your computer.
Many tasks only work when you're signed in: your email, your store dashboard, your bank or supplier portals. Instead of making you sign in again inside another browser, Workser works in your own Chrome, with your own accounts.
WHAT IT DOES
• See your real tabs live in the Workser room. Open a tab as a card and click, scroll and type in it from Workser.
• Let Workser's AI agent work in your browser. When you give Workser a task that needs a website, the agent opens its tabs in the background, inside a "Workser" tab group, and does the steps: reading the page, clicking, filling in forms and downloading files.
• Take over at any time. If a site asks you to sign in or confirm something, the agent hands the tab back to you and carries on once you're done.
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
• The agent acts only on tasks you give it in Workser Desktop. It doesn't browse on its own.
• While Workser is showing or working in a tab, Chrome shows its "started debugging this browser" bar. Press Cancel on that bar to stop it immediately.
• Tabs the agent opens stay together in the "Workser" group, so you can always see what it's working on. It never closes tabs you opened yourself.
• Incognito tabs are never shown or used.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• The extension talks only to the Workser Desktop app on this computer (localhost), and it has to present the app's sign-in token before the app will send it anything.
• The extension itself sends nothing to any other server.
• If Workser Desktop isn't running, the extension does nothing.

Workser Desktop for macOS or Windows: https://workser.com
WHY IT ASKS FOR THESE PERMISSIONS
• Debugger: to show a tab live in Workser and to send clicks and typing into it.
• Tabs, tab groups and access to all sites: so the agent can work on whichever site your task needs.
• Scripting: to read a page's content and fill in its forms.
• Cookies: so a task can check whether you're signed in to a site.
• Downloads: so a task can find the files it downloaded.
• Notifications and storage: to tell you when Workser is connected, and to remember that connection.
