The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Whazzup

Whazzup is the support inbox for your SaaS — live chat and email in one place. This extension keeps an eye on your inbox so you don't have to. Why install it: See the number of new, open tickets right on the toolbar icon — no tab to keep open. Hear a short sound the moment something new comes in (adjustable or off). Click a ticket to jump straight into your Whazzup inbox. Sign in with email or Google. Choose how often it checks: every 30 seconds, 1 minute or 5 minutes. Built for founders and small teams who build all day and can't watch a support queue. Stay focused while you build — Whazzup taps you on the shoulder when a customer needs you. Requires a free Whazzup account (free up to 150 conversations).
