ConvoSync turns your WhatsApp Web conversations into clear notes inside Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit and Bullhorn. THE PROBLEM Sales and hiring conversations often happen on WhatsApp. The important details stay buried in the chat, so your CRM or ATS never shows the full story of a client or candidate. THE SOLUTION ConvoSync reads the WhatsApp Web chat for each person you choose, uses an AI model you pick to summarise it, and saves the result to that person's record. Read and edit every summary before it is saved, or re-analyze it. - Full chat copy. Optionally attach the whole conversation to the record as a file. - Your choice of AI. Connect OpenRouter in one click, or use your own ChatGPT, Gemini or OpenRouter API key. You can also turn AI off and save chats as they are. - Weekly Sync. Let ConvoSync sync your CRM contacts automatically on the day and time you pick, or get a desktop reminder to do it yourself. - Side-by-side view. Open ConvoSync and WhatsApp Web next to each other while you work. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Settings and click Connect Account for your CRM or ATS. No developer keys needed. 2. For Zoho, tick the record owners you work with. 3. Choose how to connect AI: OpenRouter, or your own API key. 4. Open web.whatsapp.com and log in. 5. Load records, add people to the queue, and let ConvoSync read their chats. 6. Review the summaries, then click Sync Summary, Sync Chats or Sync Both. YOUR DATA - ConvoSync only reads chats for people you add to the queue, or for your CRM contacts if you turn on Weekly Auto-Sync. - Chat text is sent only to the AI provider you choose (to write the summary) and to your own CRM or ATS (to save it). It never passes through our servers. - API keys and settings are stored in your Chrome browser. Our sign-in server is used only to keep your Zoho connection active. - We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
