Whaler — Job Fit Companion

Know whether a job is worth your time before you apply. Whaler compares the visible job posting with your private resume profile and shows a clear fit score, the strongest matching evidence, and the most important gap directly on supported job pages. Use Whaler to: • See a fit signal without leaving the job posting. • Understand why the role does or does not match your background. • Save promising jobs to your Whaler application pipeline. • Find named direct and second-degree paths into one saved job—or every unmapped job on the jobs board—with a user-started, read-only LinkedIn search. Whaler can also verify missing current employers for a bounded set of named direct connections. • Keep private Whaler and AI credentials off third-party job sites. Whaler supports LinkedIn Jobs, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday job postings. A Whaler account and connected fit profile are required for personalized analysis. Whaler provides guidance, not hiring guarantees. Fit results are AI-assisted estimates that should be reviewed by the user.
