The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Web Chat

This Chrome extension, "Ask Web," acts as a smart assistant for your browsing. It helps you quickly understand the content of any webpage without you having to read the entire page. Here's how it works: 1. Open any webpage you want to know more about. 2. Select "Ask Web" from the extension. 3. A side panel will open where you can type your question. 4. The extension sends your question and the text from the webpage to an AI service. 5. The AI-powered answer is then neatly displayed in the side panel. You can even customize the AI service endpoint and the prompt used to ask questions, making it a flexible tool for various needs. It's great for students, researchers, or anyone who wants to get to the point quickly.
