WaterApply: Resume Tailoring

✨ Tailor your resume to the job in front of you, in ONE click. WaterApply re-targets your master resume to any job posting you're viewing on supported job boards, using AI grounded in your real experience. The pain we solve: every posting wants slightly different keywords, framing, and emphasis. Manually rewriting your resume for each application takes 30+ minutes. Copy-paste tailoring tools don't understand the job. Generic AI rewriters invent things you've never done. WaterApply does neither. 🧭 HOW IT WORKS 1. 📄 Upload your master resume once. We parse it into a structured profile (work history, skills, projects, dates, links). 2. 🔍 Open any job posting on a supported site. The WaterApply side panel slides in automatically. 3. ⚡ Click Tailor. In about a minute, you get a tailored resume aligned to the posting's keywords, requirements, and tone, plus an ATS-readiness score. You always review the output before submitting. Nothing is ever sent to the employer for you. 🎯 CORE FEATURES - 📝 One-click resume tailoring for any supported job posting - 💌 AI-generated cover letters grounded in your real experience and the posting - 🤝 Recruiter outreach drafts (cold emails you compose, never auto-sent) - 🎤 Mock interview question packs tailored to your resume and the posting - 📊 ATS-readiness scoring with a breakdown of matched and missing keywords - 🗂️ Application tracking with a Kanban-style board synced across the web app and extension - 📥 PDF download in clean, ATS-friendly formats - 🔁 Side panel auto-detects re-visits to a posting you've already tailored, so you jump straight to the result 🌐 SUPPORTED JOB BOARDS We have the 8 most common ATS sites supported on launch. We process it through Anthropic Claude for tailoring, never use your data to train models, and never sell or share it. Session recording and DOM autocapture are disabled. Analytics fire only after you accept the cookie banner, and never include resume content. Full details at https://waterapply.app/privacy 🙋 QUICK FAQ ❓ Will this work on the job board I'm applying to? If it's on the supported list above, yes. If it isn't, the side panel will still help you score and tailor manually, just without the auto-extraction. ❓ Is my resume secure? Yes. Stored encrypted at rest in Supabase, processed via Anthropic Claude (which contractually does not train on API data), and never shared with third parties beyond what's needed to operate the service. Full audit trail in the Privacy Policy. ❓ Can recruiters tell I used AI? Maybe. We optimize for ATS keyword alignment and human readability, not for fooling AI detectors. We also score your output on AI-detectability so you can adjust before sending. But the honest answer: if you submit AI-touched content anywhere, assume it might be flagged. Always review the output as if you wrote it, because you're the one signing it. ❓ Do you guarantee I'll get interviews? No, and anyone who promises that is lying. We make your resume better. The job market does the rest. ❓ What happens to my data if I cancel? You keep access on Free. To fully delete your account and data, there's a button in Settings. Or email us and we'll do it within 30 days. 📬 QUESTIONS, BUGS, OR FEEDBACK Email waterapply1@gmail.com. A real person reads every message and responds within two business days. Yes, really.
