See your ward at a glance. This extension turns your ward directory and Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR) reports into photo grids, so you can put faces to names, learn them faster, and work with member data more easily. Built for members and leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ MEMBER DIRECTORY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • View your ward directory (directory.churchofjesuschrist.org) as a photo grid • Export names, phone numbers, and email addresses to CSV for Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet software ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ LEARN NAMES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Flashcard mode to help you learn the names of the people in your ward • Filters to choose which members appear, so you can focus on new move-ins, a specific group, or anyone you're still learning ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ LEADER AND CLERK RESOURCES (LCR) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Build a photo grid from any table of members in LCR (lcr.churchofjesuschrist.org) • Add member photos directly into LCR tables • Custom reports: see a photo of each member in the report and export every report field to CSV ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SWIM INTEGRATION (FOR WARD LEADERS) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Pair the extension with SWIM (Singles Ward Information Manager), a free Google Sheet, to unlock tools for ward leaders: • Send personalized emails and text messages to members • Keep notes from your meetings with individual members • Let members book appointments online through the Google Calendar linked to your SWIM spreadsheet • QR code check-in: members scan when they arrive, and you hear an audible alert that your next appointment is here Learn more about SWIM: https://tools.ysaward.org/ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Works for all Kinds of Church Units ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ I'm a YSA bishop, so I wrote this functionality to meet my needs, but the tools will work for any unit of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVACY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ All data stays in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server except your own SWIM Google Sheet, if you choose to configure it. This extension is not made, endorsed, or supported by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You must have a valid Church account, and you can only see the information your calling already gives you access to.
