WaitAIMinute displays gentle reminder banners above text input fields on popular AI tool websites, encouraging you to think before you prompt. Supported on popular AI chat tools. How it works: - A small banner appears above the AI input field with rotating ethical AI use reminders - Messages rotate every 30 seconds with smooth transitions Breath pause: - Every few submissions, a full-screen breathing prompt takes over — an animated circle with a short grounding cue and a 5-second countdown - Interrupts autopilot prompting and gives you a moment to reset before sending the next prompt - The pause can't be skipped (Esc is blocked); it dismisses on its own when the countdown ends - Toggle it on/off and set how often it triggers (every Nth submission) from the popup Query tracking: - Tracks how many prompts you send per day, per site - Set a custom daily query limit (1–40) to manage your AI usage - Optionally block input when your daily limit is reached - Browse stats by date with a per-site breakdown Sensitive information detection: - Scans your prompt in real-time before submission - Warns you if it detects personal data like email addresses, phone numbers, API keys, passwords, or other sensitive information - Helps prevent accidental sharing of private data with AI tools Streaks: - Set a daily limit and stay under it to build a streak of mindful AI use - Earn ranks as your streak grows: 🤖 Bot → 🐣 Rookie → 🔒 Locked In → 🥷 Ninja → ⚔️ AI Slayer → 🧙 AI Whisperer → 👑 Human Legend - Track your current run, best run, and the trailing week at a glance - Get warned before a streak breaks — a red banner on your last safe prompt, and a confirm before a limit raise voids your run Feedback & About: - New About tab with details about the extension - Share feedback and answer occasional surveys right from the popup — fully optional, with consent asked first Examples of reminders: - "Wait a minute.
