WA Pro Extract

WA Pro Extract is the fastest way to get your WhatsApp group contacts into a file in Excel, CSV or vCard formats. Whether you manage a sales community, a local business group, or a neighborhood association, WA Pro Extract saves you hours of manual copy-pasting and gives you a professional export in seconds. 👥 WHO THIS IS FOR ▸ Event organizers tracking attendees across multiple groups ▸ Marketers and growth teams building segmented outreach lists ▸ Small business owners who manage customer or supplier groups ▸ Anyone who's ever manually copied a phone number out of a group chat 📋 WHAT YOU GET IN EVERY EXPORT Every export includes full name, phone number with international prefix, auto-detected country, admin status, and an unknown contacts flag — all structured and ready to use the moment the file lands in your downloads folder. 📥 THREE WAYS TO EXPORT ▸ Excel — a professionally styled .xlsx file with colored headers, row shading, and auto-filter. Paste it straight into your CRM without touching a cell. ▸ CSV — lightweight and universal. Works with Google Sheets, Airtable, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, and any tool that accepts a spreadsheet. ▸ vCard — drop an entire group into your phone's contacts or Google Contacts in a single import, skipping the one-by-one hassle entirely. 🎯 FILTER BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD Stop exporting data you don't need. The built-in smart filters let you slice your list before the file is ever created: ▸ By Country — see member counts per country and export a single market in one click ▸ Members only — exclude admins and focus on your actual audience ▸ Unsaved numbers — instantly surface the contacts you haven't added yet Filters update your contact count live, so you always know exactly what you're downloading before you click. 🔒 COMPLETELY PRIVATE WA Pro Extract reads WhatsApp's internal data store directly in your browser — no screenshots, no DOM scraping, no server-side calls. Nothing is ever sent anywhere. No account required, no telemetry, no tracking. Your contacts stay yours. 🕓 EXPORT HISTORY The last 20 exports are saved locally so you can re-download any file without re-running the extension — no need to go back into the group. 🚀 GETTING STARTED Open WhatsApp Web → click the extension icon → pick your group → filter if needed → download.
