Voice Notes for Freshdesk - OGG/Opus player

Play WhatsApp voice notes directly inside Freshdesk tickets — no downloads, no extra tabs, no setup. When customers send voice messages on WhatsApp, Freshdesk stores them as .ogg / .opus attachments. Listening to them usually means downloading each file and opening it in an external player — one by one. Voice Notes for Freshdesk puts a small player right under the voice note, so you can listen the moment you open the ticket. WHAT YOU GET • One-click playback — the voice note plays inline, right in the ticket. • Scrub the timeline to jump to any moment of the message. • Playback speed from 0.75× to 2× — slow down unclear audio or speed through long notes. • Loop mode for repeating a phrase until you catch it. • Download the original .ogg file whenever you need it elsewhere. • A compact player that fits the ticket layout and gets out of your way. MADE FOR SUPPORT TEAMS Customer voice notes arrive constantly. Being able to hear them without leaving Freshdesk keeps the conversation in one place and the queue moving. The player pauses automatically when you close it or switch to another note, and remembers your speed preference between sessions. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything happens in your browser. The extension makes no network requests of its own, sends no data anywhere, needs no API keys and no account, and its only permission is local storage — used solely to remember your playback speed preference. COMPATIBLE WITH • Freshdesk cloud accounts (*.freshdesk.com) • WhatsApp voice notes in .ogg / .opus format The extension activates only on Freshdesk pages and only on audio attachments. Other files and other sites are never touched.
