You should verify directly with the recruiter. For roles where sponsorship isn't mentioned, VisaCheck also checks whether the company has sponsored H-1B visas in the past using public USCIS data, and shows an additional badge: • Past H-1B Sponsor — This company has a record of sponsoring H-1B visas. • No H-1B Record — No public sponsorship history found for this company.
