About Viper: Auto-Fill Job Applications

Viper fills in job applications so your time goes to the parts that actually matter. Connect your Viper account, open a job on any supported board, and the extension fills the form from the profile and résumé you already saved — name, contact details, location, work history, education, work authorization, links, and the long-form written questions that usually take the longest. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in at app.viperai.fyi and save your profile and résumé once. 2. Open a job on a supported board and start a run from your Viper dashboard. 3. It reads the form and fills it field by field, showing you each answer as it lands in the side panel. 4. You read the finished application, rewrite anything you don't like, and press submit. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO SUBMITS It fills, then stops with the completed form on screen. Nothing is ever sent until you press the button yourself — there is no unattended submission and no setting that turns one on. Pause the run, skip a field, or stop it entirely at any point from the side panel. MULTI-STEP APPLICATIONS, NOT JUST ONE PAGE Some boards spread an application over a wizard — My Information, My Experience, Application Questions, Voluntary Disclosures, Review — and put the whole thing behind a company-specific account. It works through the steps in order and stops at Review, with the Submit button in front of you. Those accounts are per-company, and it never signs in for you. You sign in or create the account in the tab — the extension recognises those pages, tells you which one it is waiting on, and starts filling the moment the form appears. It stores no password for any employer. WRITTEN ANSWERS YOU CAN REWRITE "Why do you want to work here?" and the rest are drafted for that specific role out of your own background, not pasted from a template. Every answer is listed in the side panel beside the form. Don't like one? Say what to change and it is rewritten in the form, in place, before anything is sent. YOUR DOCUMENTS, TAILORED TO THE ROLE Your résumé and cover letter are attached straight into the form, tailored to that job. Swap a résumé in your account and re-attach the latest one without redoing the form. FACTS COME FROM YOUR PROFILE, NOT FROM A GUESS Schools, degrees, dates, grades and job history are filled from what you saved, and left blank when you saved nothing. It will not invent a GPA or a qualification to fill a box. WHERE IT WORKS It fills the application forms used by the major applicant tracking systems, and the career sites employers host on their own domains. Chrome shows you the full list of sites it can run on before you install. When an application is on a company's own domain, it asks Chrome for access to that one site as you start the run, and only that site. You will see Chrome's own prompt naming it. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It does not send anything on its own. The final click is always yours. • It does not solve CAPTCHAs or work around human-verification steps. When a form asks for one, it stops and hands the page back to you. • It does not read your browsing history, your other tabs, or any site other than the job pages you start a run on. • It does not sign in as you, create accounts for you, or store any employer password. • It does not sell your data or share it with third parties. REQUIREMENTS A Viper account — https://viperai.fyi. The extension does nothing without one. Privacy policy: https://viperai.fyi/privacy Viper is an independent product, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any job board or applicant tracking system.
