Vinted Deal Checker is an unofficial price-and-trust assistant for Vinted shoppers. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted. FEATURES • Deal score — see how an item's all-in price (including buyer protection) ranks against similar active listings: market median, price range, verdict and score bar. • Condition-aware — a "New with tags" item is compared against same-condition peers whenever possible. • Negotiation assistant — one click copies a short offer message (10% off) in the market's own language, from the item panel or from any catalog result card. • Seller trust score — rating, review volume, member age, response rate, recent negatives (last 30 days), cross-country dropshipping and counterfeit-risk signals, with an explainable score ledger and real star distribution. • Price history & fake-discount detection — visit-by-visit price history with deltas, plus a "cosmetic discount" flag when a struck-through original price is not a real cut. • Model radar — follow a model (e.g. "Huawei GT 4") and get an alert when the cheapest listing on its market hits your target price. • Price watchlist — per-item price targets; get a notification when an item drops or hits its target, even when you are not on the page. • Catalog & search badges — green "Deal" pills on result cards that beat the market, plus reverse-image search (Google Lens) to spot reposts. HOW TO USE 1. Open any Vinted item page — the side panel scores price vs. similar listings, flags risky sellers and shows price history. 2. Browse catalog or search pages — deal badges appear on the best-value cards, with a copy-offer button on every item. 3. Press Watch (item) or Track model in the panel to get price-target alerts. PRIVACY This extension does not collect or sell any personal data. Your watchlist, price history and seller cache stay on your device. Your preferences (toggles, thresholds) sync across your own devices through Chrome's standard sync. The extension calls Vinted's public API only, from the Vinted page you are visiting. PERMISSIONS • "Storage" — saves your settings, watchlist and cache locally (settings sync via standard Chrome sync). • "Notifications" — shows the price-drop and price-target alerts you asked for. • "Background alarms" — re-checks watched items every 30 minutes so alerts fire without an open tab. • "Read and change data on vinted.* sites" — this is how the extension shows the deal score and trust signals; it never activates on other sites.
