About Vinimal
The few Vimium keys you actually use, made to look good.
Browse with the keyboard, with nothing to learn and nothing to set up:
j / k: scroll down / up (hold to keep going)
h / l: scroll left / right
gg / G: jump to the top / bottom
Ctrl+E / Ctrl+Y: page down / up (Control on a Mac too)
gt / gT: next / previous tab
f: every link and button gets a one- or two-letter label; type it to click. Tap ⌘ (Ctrl on Windows and Linux) first to open it in a new tab.
Esc: cancel, close, or leave a text field
?: show these keys over the page
That's the whole manual.
MADE TO LOOK GOOD
Labels are plain keycaps that stand out on any page, light or dark, with a faint outline round what each one clicks. Scrolling glides, and steps instead when your system asks for reduced motion.
OFF IN ONE CLICK
Gmail, YouTube and GitHub have shortcuts of their own. Click Vinimal's toolbar icon and it leaves that site alone until you click again.
NEVER IN YOUR WAY
Keys typed in a text field, or with ⌘, Ctrl or Alt held, go to the page as usual. Labels reach into frames and shadow roots, and skip what's hidden or covered.
PRIVATE
Nothing leaves your browser except a daily licence check. No analytics.
OPEN SOURCE
GPL-3.0, at github.com/fishballapp/vinimal.
PAY WHAT YOU WANT, EVEN NOTHING
Try it for 14 days. Then get a licence key: a year for whatever you want to pay, from $0 (just an email address), or become a supporter from $5 a year. Keys are sold through Polar.
