Verisae Monthly Export

Export one completion month from your signed-in Verisae account into an Excel workbook. Choose Reactives only for Normal jobs or Include PPM for Normal and PPM jobs in the same extension. The workbook includes jobs, reported problem descriptions, subcategories, engineer comments, recorded labour sessions and exceptions requiring review. Engineer Comments combines the original completion comments with all Indicated Incomplete comment bodies found in Work Order History, joined with full stops. No dates, engineer names or headings are added to this column. Problem descriptions omit recognised repeated form instructions while preserving contact numbers and fault details. The problem description comes from either supported description label in Reported Problem; the latest clear subcategory comes from Work Order History. Missing or ambiguous fields are flagged for review. It includes recorded visits before the selected month. Separate comment-adjusted hours are shown only when an explicit actual finish time safely matches one recorded session. Source hours remain unchanged. Sign in to Verisae, create the matching saved completion-month filter, choose the month and scope, then select Export month. Reactives only is the default. Include PPM requires the saved filter's WO Type to be blank or absent. Keep the exporter open while it reads the jobs. Download the spreadsheet when finished and review the Exceptions sheet before using hours. You can stop an export and download the rows already captured as a partial report. Recognised phone/contact labels are removed from descriptions while the original contact information is retained: digits, spacing, leading zeros, country codes, slashes, multiple contacts, extensions, names, roles and incomplete numbers. Numbers are not reformatted, and meaningful narrative and non-default contact hours remain. Both scopes cover jobs currently shown as Service Complete or P. Rvw. Pend. Other statuses, Quote, Estimate and unsupported job types are excluded. Downloads and Retry saved month retain the report's original job selection, even if you change the selection for a new export. The exporter changes list filters while reading, but does not save work-order, invoice or labour edits. It restores the Unfiltered header selection after a finished export when possible; interrupted runs retain their work tab for inspection. Reports are saved locally in this Chrome profile until cleared, replaced by another export, or removed with the extension. Downloaded spreadsheets remain wherever you save them. The exporter does not upload captured reports to its developer, an analytics service or an AI service. Verisae page requests use your browser's existing signed-in session.
