This extension is the bridge between LinkedIn — where your team already spends their day researching prospects — and the Velox platform where enrichment, ICP scoring, email composition, and CRM sync happen. Point one click at any LinkedIn profile, Sales Navigator lead, or company page and it lands in your Velox account as a fully-structured prospect or account record. No copy-paste. No CSV exports. No context switching. **What it captures** • LinkedIn profile pages (linkedin.com/in/*) — name, title, company, location, headline, about, recent posts, connection level. • Sales Navigator lead pages (linkedin.com/sales/lead/*) — everything above PLUS current roles with tenure, past companies, mutual connections, "past colleague" / "high buyer intent" / relationship badges, shared experiences. • LinkedIn company pages (linkedin.com/company/*) — firmographics (industry, HQ, employee range, follower count) and Sales Navigator overlay signals (competitors, strategic priorities, decision maker count). • Sales Navigator search results — bulk save up to 25 leads per click with a confirmation modal. Human-gated: you review each batch before it fires. Load pattern stays human-shaped against LinkedIn's automation detection. • LinkedIn people search results (any plan) — the same bulk save + confirmation modal on the standard LinkedIn people-search page, so teams on Basic, Premium, or Business — not just Sales Navigator — get list-level capture too. • LinkedIn feed — passively watches for job-change and funding-announcement posts by prospects you've already saved. Never captures data for anyone who isn't your saved prospect. **How it feels for the SDR** Sign in once with your Velox account (Google or email). Browse LinkedIn like normal. When you find a lead worth saving, click "Save to Velox" in the top-right of the page. The prospect lands in Velox instantly with all the fields your enrichment and composer prompts need. **Read-only. No automation.** The extension only fires when you click a save button. It never messages, connects, follows, posts, or comments on your behalf. It doesn't scroll your feed for you, doesn't scrape people you haven't looked at, and doesn't run when you're not on LinkedIn. **Privacy** Data captured goes directly to your own Velox account and nowhere else. Name, title, company and location come out right on profiles, Sales Navigator leads, search pages and company pages. * Company and title are correct. The company is read from the company box on the profile. Button labels like "Save in Sales Navigator" can never be saved as a company again. The title is the real job title (e.g. "Global Head of AI…"), not a team name. * Every save succeeds. Saving a company always shows ✓, and Velox fills in missing industry, size and website in the background (People Data Labs or a web search). People saved from LinkedIn get their company filled in the same way. * Bulk save is reliable. The count on the button matches the people on the page. It survives a Velox restart mid-save. Leads can be added straight to a campaign. * Personal emails (gmail, yahoo…) are kept for reference but never used for outreach. * Feed watching is now off by default (opt-in). * Safer: sign-in is tighter, the extension's tokens only work for LinkedIn saves, and there are fewer permissions (below).
