VagaFit — Chrome extension for your job search You open a job and want to know, right away, whether your resume fits. VagaFit shows the match score on the page you are already reading and stays with you through the interview: a cover letter, a prep guide, voice practice, an application board, and a WhatsApp reminder so the appointment does not slip by. The application stays yours. The extension organizes the decision and the materials. It does not submit the job for you. One flow for the job search. Your resume, the hiring process, and interview practice no longer live in separate tools. ✅ WHAT YOU GET • Interview on WhatsApp — if you want it, the reminder reaches your phone, in Brasília time. Turn it on or off whenever you like • Match score — see how your resume fits the job, with strengths, gaps, and the words that are missing. One click copies a term so you can use it in your text • Pay range — reads the figure when the posting publishes one. If the number is not there, it shows a market estimate and where that figure came from • Affirmative posting — the panel highlights a job that mentions an affirmative program or disability, and marks the fit with the causes in your career plan • Your resume, from scratch or as a PDF — build the first one on a technical or a general template, with a preview beside it, or upload the file you already have. The library keeps up to 5 resumes for matching • Resume tailored to the job — a version aligned with that posting, opened in Google Docs. With Drive connected, the document stays in your account • Cover letter — the text for that job, ready for you to review, and saved to Drive if you want • Interview guide — what to study before you walk in, based on the open job • Voice interview — practice the technical round or the culture-fit conversation. Live conversation is optional, and the microphone is used only with your consent • Practice report — after the session, scores for communication, technical depth, and professional presence • An answer while you apply — as you fill in the job questions, a suggestion sits beside the field, drawn from what is already in your resume. The check applies it. You review it before you continue, and you can turn it off in Accessibility • Application board — Interested, Applied, Interview, Offer, Hired, and Rejected. Drag the card, note a follow-up and a deadline, and set the interview day and time on the extension calendar • Spreadsheet — the same search as a grid, with columns you organize, export, and import • Calendar — interviews, follow-ups, and closing dates in one place, with a date and time that are easy to choose • Comparison — interviews and offers side by side, with the pay you recorded • Metrics — the funnel of your search, once you have a history • The next step on the job itself — from the match panel you tailor the resume, write the letter, build the guide, and open the practice. Install the extension and upload your resume as a PDF, or build one in the editor 2. Open the job on the site where you already search 3. Tap the VagaFit badge and read the score, the gaps, the pay range, and, when it applies, the affirmative-job note 4. Tailor the resume, write the letter, or generate the guide 5. Keep the application on the board, the spreadsheet, or the calendar, with the interview time 6. While you fill in the questions, use the suggestion only where it fits 7. Before the conversation, practice by voice and, if you want, get the reminder on WhatsApp 8. Optional: connect Google Drive and your VagaFit account to store the documents and take the funnel with you 🎯 PLANS • 5 days of the full plan, with no card, to start. During that time, match, profile, interview, and documents have no quota • When that period ends, AI analysis pauses until you choose how to continue: — monthly plan: R$ 34.90 per month — yearly plan: R$ 349 per year (2 months included) — your own Google AI Studio key, if you prefer to use your own API • Free use after that period, without a plan: 5 matches a day; 1 profile review in total; 1 interview guide a week; 1 technical practice a week; 1 culture-fit practice a week. The first guide and the first of each practice do not count. Tailored resumes and cover letters: 7 documents in total, then 1 a week ⚙️ PRIVACY Your resume and the job text are processed to produce the insights. VagaFit does not apply on your behalf. The microphone is used only for voice practice, with your consent. WhatsApp is used only if you turn it on, on the number you save.
