Uyghur Text Converter

A tool for converting between different Uyghur scripts sounds incredibly useful, especially given the various writing systems used for Uyghur (Arabic-based Uyghur script, Latin-based Uyghur script like ULY, and others). The tool logic is based on the scripts created by the Yulghun project.
