Upwork Job Tracker

Upwork Job Tracker helps freelancers keep track of jobs they've applied to or saved for later — with a built-in "Seen" indicator right on your Upwork feed, and zero data extraction from Upwork. THE PROBLEM Freelancers lose track of jobs they applied to or wanted to review later. Upwork doesn't offer a built-in tracking system, and most existing extensions scrape Upwork's data directly — which violates their Terms of Service and has led to real account bans since mid-2024. THE SOLUTION A manual tracker that never scrapes, extracts, or transmits any data from Upwork. You add jobs yourself and manage them from a simple panel inside the extension. The only thing the extension adds to Upwork's page is a lightweight "Seen" badge on listings you've already reviewed — nothing is read from the page, nothing leaves your browser. FEATURES - Simple panel with 4 status columns: Pending, Seen, Applied, Dismissed - Add and edit job postings in seconds - "Seen" indicator shown directly on your Upwork feed - Change status with a single click - Export your tracked jobs to CSV anytime - All data stored locally in your browser — nothing sent to any server - Clean, minimal interface with no distractions WHY IT'S SAFE Unlike other Upwork trackers, this extension never scrapes or extracts data from Upwork's pages. It doesn't read job details, client info, or proposals — it only displays a status badge based on what you've saved locally. Your account stays as safe as if the extension weren't installed. 100% free, no limits, no paywalls. If you find it useful, a donation via Ko-fi is always appreciated but never required.
