The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Unsub
Unsub helps you quickly remove unwanted mailing lists using Gmail’s own Manage subscriptions page.
Open Gmail and click the Unsub toolbar icon. Unsub opens Manage subscriptions, checks that the feature is available for your account, and displays a simple control panel.
Features:
• Start with a safe two-sender trial before processing the rest
• Select “All remaining” to automatically work through the loaded subscription list
• Pause or stop the process at any time
• See a running log of unsubscribe requests
• Automatically scroll and refresh Gmail when necessary
• Identify subscriptions that require manual action on the sender’s website
• Never select Gmail’s “Block” option
Unsub only operates after you click its toolbar icon and press Start. It does not require a separate account, OAuth access, or persistent access to your mailbox.
Sender information and progress data are processed temporarily in your browser so the extension can avoid duplicate requests and resume after Gmail reloads. Unsub does not transmit Gmail content or sender information to the publisher, analytics services, advertisers, or other third parties.
Gmail’s Manage subscriptions feature is still being made available across accounts. If Gmail has not enabled it for your account, Unsub will explain this and make no changes.
An unsubscribe request does not guarantee immediate removal. Some senders may take several days to process a request, while others may require you to complete the process manually on their website.
Unsub is an independent extension and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
