The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About uGet Download Interceptor

This extension allows users to forward Chrome downloads to the locally installed uGet download manager. When enabled, it detects new downloads, determines the correct download URL and filename, and sends them to uGet through the local native messaging host. The extension’s only purpose is to integrate Chrome downloads with uGet. Please install "uget-integrator" from the following link before installing this extension. https://github.com/iamniting/uget-interceptor/blob/main/integrator/README.md
