TruePrice - Real Estate Price Tracker

TruePrice is a crowdsourced property price intelligence extension designed for Australian property buyers, investor agents, and home hunters. When real estate agents launch property campaigns, initial price guides often change, or get hidden entirely when a property passes in at auction. TruePrice automatically tracks initial price guides, calculates price drift, and allows community members to log actual sold figures when prices are hidden. ✨ KEY FEATURES: • AUTOMATIC BASELINE CAPTURE: Automatically records the low and high initial price guide when you visit any property listing on Realestate.com.au or Domain.com.au. • REAL-TIME PRICE DRIFT: Instantly calculates the percentage drift between initial price guides and updated listing prices or final sale figures. • CROWDSOURCED SOLD FIGURES: If an agent hides the final sale price or a property passes in at auction, log and view community-verified actual sold figures. • COMMUNITY FEEDBACK & AUCTION NOTES: Report data issues, incorrect price guides, or add auction notes (e.g. "Passed in at $1.25M on vendor bid"). • ISOLATED SHADOW DOM INTERFACE: Non-intrusive floating overlay widget designed with isolated styling that never breaks site layouts. • MINIMIZE & DRAGGABLE CONTROLS: Smoothly minimize the widget into a compact pill or drag it anywhere on your screen. 🔒 PRIVACY & TRANSPARENCY: TruePrice strictly operates on public real estate portals. It does NOT track personal identity, browsing history outside property listing pages, or financial credentials. All crowdsourced data is aggregated for public real estate price transparency.
