The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About TracePage PDF – Full Page Capture Receipts
Turn the page you can see into a downloadable PDF without uploading the capture to a service.
TracePage PDF supports two user-started modes:
Visible area: capture the part of the current page visible in the browser.
Full scroll page: scroll through the current page and assemble the captured views into a paginated PDF.
Every PDF includes a receipt page with the source URL, page title when available, capture time in UTC, capture dimensions, page count, and an aggregate SHA-256 value derived from the ordered frame hashes and byte lengths. You can also save a machine-readable JSON receipt. Page footers make long captures easier to review.
