The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Tortoise: Focus & Adult Blocker

Tortoise removes the addictive, endless parts of the sites you use — and keeps what you came for. Tune each site, hide YouTube Shorts, recommendations, comments, and the home feed; strip X/Instagram/Reddit feeds — while keeping search and subscriptions. Focus modes, Open, Focus, and Strict. Start a locked session you can't loosen until it ends. Adult-content filtering, optional blocking built in. One account, everywhere, connect to your Tortoise account and your settings sync across Mac, iPhone, and your browser.
