Toots & Trots Food Scorer

Score the food in your trolley — before it scores you. Toots & Trots is a food scoring tool for people living with a J-pouch (ileal pouch-anal anastomosis) or similar bowel conditions. The GASP score rates every product across four axes — Gas, Agitation, Stool-loosening, and Particle load — so you can see at a glance which foods are likely to be gentle and which ones might cause trouble. **How it works** 1. Browse any supported supermarket on a product page or your trolley/cart. 2. Click the Toots & Trots icon in your toolbar. 3. The extension reads the ingredient list from the page and sends it to tootsandtrots.co.nz. 4. A new tab opens with the GASP score — instantly. No typing, no searching, no copying ingredients. Just click. **Supported supermarkets** - 🇳🇿 New World - 🇳🇿 PAK'nSAVE - 🇳🇿 Woolworths NZ / Countdown - 🇦🇺 Woolworths AU - 🇦🇺 Coles - 🇺🇸 Walmart **Privacy** The extension only activates when you click the button. It reads the product name, brand, and ingredients text from the page you are already viewing — nothing else. No browsing history is recorded. No personal data is collected or sent to third parties.
