The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Tobuko

Tobuko is a focused bookmark manager built into your browser's side panel. Click the toolbar icon and it opens right beside your page, save the current tab in one step, sort it into a collection, and tag it for later. Collections are collapsible and show their bookmarks inline, so everything's visible at a glance, and Tobuko remembers what you left open. Search across titles, URLs, and tags or filter by tag to find anything instantly, then reopen or copy a link in a click. Need privacy? Lock a collection behind a password to keep it hidden from view and search until you unlock it. Simple, fast, and out of your way.
