Spot the tickets that matter at a glance. Ticket Colours gives your Freshdesk tags their own colours, so the ticket list shows priorities, owners and ticket types as colour. HOW IT WORKS • Pick a colour for any tag, such as Urgent, VIP, Billing or a teammate's name. • Choose to colour just the tag, or the whole ticket row. • If a ticket has several row-coloured tags, the row shows a blend of their colours. • Changes apply instantly.
