About TickerVue Connector
Connect Interactive Brokers and E*TRADE to your TickerVue workspace with one browser extension. Bring your own Interactive Brokers Flex Web Service token and query ID to read Activity Flex reports, or your own individual E*TRADE developer key and secret to read balances, positions, transactions and order details. E*TRADE sign-in happens on E*TRADE; paste its verification code into the extension. The connector implements account reads only, with no order placement, changes, cancellation or transfers. E*TRADE may grant its underlying authorization broader trading permissions; this is not a claim of broker-enforced read-only E*TRADE credentials.
Requires a TickerVue account at https://tickervue.com. Development instances at http://localhost:3035 and http://127.0.0.1:3035 are also supported. Install once, reload Home, open Connections, then choose the broker to connect. Approve each broker separately for the displayed TickerVue site and workspace. Connecting or disconnecting one broker does not authorize or disconnect the other.
Credentials and access tokens stay in trusted extension session storage and require reconnecting after browser restart. E*TRADE authorization also expires at midnight US Eastern time. Imported financial data is saved in this browser for the TickerVue site you approve; saved data does not automatically move between sites. Disconnecting a broker and deleting its saved website data are separate actions. Private browsing is not supported.
E*TRADE activity and orders use a selected date range of up to 90 calendar days, with the end after the start. Each section is limited to 20 pages of 50 records. Incomplete reads leave the last saved snapshot unchanged. Current snapshots do not provide historical account P&L or strategy analytics. Interactive Brokers history depends on the supplied Flex sections and available reports; connection does not establish lifetime coverage. TickerVue is an independent application and is not endorsed by either brokerage.
