It is built for community admins and Telegram supergroup owners who want configurable moderation controls. • Local storage, direct Telegram access TGDog stores your bot token, message cache, rules, evidence and execution records locally in your browser. These are not relayed through a TGDog cloud service. Connect your own bot and control its group permissions yourself. • A configurable Telegram spam filter Create keyword lists for each group. Install TGDog and create a dedicated bot with BotFather. 2. Add the bot to your supergroup and grant administrator permissions to delete messages and restrict members. 3. Enter the bot token in TGDog and connect. 4. Send /setup or a test message in the group, then configure its rules and enable management. 5. Review evidence and execution records, and adjust your rules as needed. IMPORTANT OPERATING DETAILS • TGDog collects and analyzes messages periodically while your browser is running. It pauses when the browser closes, the device sleeps or the connection goes offline. It is not an independently hosted, always-on cloud bot. • Only messages actually received by your bot can be analyzed. TGDog cannot fetch the complete chat history. Each group caches up to 3,000 messages for up to 7 days. • Automatic actions require the appropriate bot permissions and enabled group configuration. A detected match is not proof that an action succeeded; check the execution record. • Saved rules can apply to existing cached messages as well as new messages. Removing or banning a member may clear their message history. Review rules and allowlists before enabling these actions. • Local operation still involves communicating with Telegram.
