Read a full page, listen to a selection, or start from a specific sentence. Choose your voice, language, and playback speed, then follow along with word highlighting and simple playback controls. • Read pages aloud — Listen to readable page content, including titles and available author and date information. • Read selected text — Highlight a passage and listen to just that selection. • Start from here — Select a word, right-click, and continue reading from its sentence. • Choose your voice — Explore 10 voices across 31 supported languages. • Set your pace — Listen at 1×, 1.5×, 2×, or 3× speed. • Follow along — See the current sentence highlighted and an estimated word-by-word underline. • Keep your place — Change settings and select Read page to continue from the current sentence. • Stay in control — Pause, resume, skip between sentences, or close the player to stop reading. Your text and speech are processed locally. SayTXT does not upload page text or audio. Voice models are included with the extension, so already-loaded pages can be read without an internet connection. Designed for desktop Chrome. Some protected pages and browser pages cannot be read.
