The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Text Select .click
Select words with hyphens, dashes, minus signs (-), and other symbols with a double-click.
TextSelect.click fixes a frustrating text-selection problem in Chrome.
Normally, double-clicking a hyphenated word or text with symbols selects only part of it. TextSelect.click selects the complete word or expression instead.
No more mouse dragging, adjusting the selection, or missing a character. Just double-click the text you need and copy it.
TextSelect.click is a text select extension for anyone who wants to select text with `-` or `--`, select words with hyphens, or double click to select words with `-`.
Useful for:
- Words with hyphens, such as `well-known` , `--param-123`
- Text with a minus sign (-)
- Dash-separated words and expressions
- Symbol-separated tags, IDs, file paths, and technical text
It also includes a quick "Copy" button near selected text, and easy selection of a word in the middle of a link.
Whether you call it double-click, double click, or doubleclick, TextSelect.click helps you select the full text. Use it when you need to double click select `--`, text with `-`, or words with hyphens without manually dragging through the symbol.
