The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Tekst

Tekst adds a contextual side panel next to Outlook on the web, Salesforce Lightning Cases, and SAP Service Cloud tickets. When you open an email conversation, a Case, or a Service Cloud ticket, the side panel shows relevant Tekst information for that item — such as AI extraction results, approval tasks, internal notes, and related conversation data — without leaving the page. Tekst keeps the current page visible while you review related work. The extension only runs on supported Outlook, Salesforce, and SAP Service Cloud pages and requires signing in with a Tekst account.
